Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Bookkeeping in an accurate and timely manner utilizing ERP software. Including but not limited to invoicing, AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation, processing payroll
· Responding promptly to customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth
· Generates shipping paperwork (we’ll teach you how)
· Completing documentation for new vendors, onboarding new customers
· Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Experience as a bookkeeper in a manufacturing company
· A people person who enjoys speaking with customers, vendors, answering questions and providing support as needed
· Comfortable, confident and successful making delinquent AR phone calls
· Attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
· Team player that effectively handles deadlines and multiple tasks
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills since this person will be interacting with customers and vendors
· Competent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite. ERP (preferably M1) experience is preferred
