FWRD Preferred Personal ShopperAre you ready to set the standard for premium apparel?Main purpose of the FWRD Preferred Personal Shopper role:Responsible for selling and growing sales of a qualified group of clients, including FRWD & REVOLVE clients, as well as new clients acquired to FRWD & REVOLVE through personal networking and clientele.Major Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Maintaining robust monthly salesProviding elevated customer service and ensuring a luxury experience for assigned clientsWorking within the Preferred Team to ensure clients receive regular and advanced styling edits and client communicationsWorking cross-functionally to ensure that there is adequate partnership with the Buying Teams, as well as other departments across the businessAttend client events as needed, with travel as neededAttend training and employee events in Los Angeles, as neededRequired Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service focusElevated sales skillsLuxury and designer fashion knowledgeTeamwork and strong alignment with REVOLVE cultureMinimum Qualifications:7 years of luxury or elevated sales experienceE-commerce experienceExtensive knowledge of brand, product, designers and fashion landscapePreferred Qualifications:Strong and engaged personal client relationshipsExtensive working with various CRM tools and POS technologiesA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.A reasonable estimate of the current base salary is $80,000.
