• Location: Washington
• Provider Type: Physician (MD/DO)

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic + Inpatient
• Start Date: As Soon as Credentialed
• Coverage Need: 1.0 FTE / Full-Time
• EMR: Epic

• Hourly / Call Back: $470/hour
• 24-Hour Call: $2,730 per 24 Hours (4 Hours Gratis)

• Hourly / Call Back: $510/hour
• 24-Hour Call: $2,845 per 24 Hours (4 Hours Gratis)

• Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Some Weekend Call Coverage Required
• 24-Hour Weekend Call May Be Required
• Weekend Call Includes General Cardiology Call Coverage

• Provide Cardiac Electrophysiology Coverage
• Perform Electrophysiology Procedures
• Provide Electrophysiology Service Coverage
• Provide Outpatient Clinic Visits
• Evaluate New Consultations
• Provide Follow-Up Care
• Manage Transfer-of-Care Patients
• Provide General Cardiology Coverage During 24-Hour Weekend Call

• Atrial Fibrillation Ablations
• SVT Ablations
• Cardiac Device Implantation
• High-Voltage Device Implantation
• Low-Voltage Device Implantation
• General Electrophysiology Procedures

• Medical Assistant Support
• APP Support
• Device RN Support
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified - Highly Preferred
• Board Eligible - Required
• Electrophysiology Fellowship - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology - Required
• Active Washington Medical License - Highly Preferred
• Active IMLC LOQ May Be Accepted
• IMLC Letter of Qualification Must Be Available at Submission
• ACLS - Required for Credentialing
• BLS - Required for Credentialing
• DEA - Required for Credentialing
• Clean Malpractice History - Highly Preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60-90 Days
