Ability to operate power tools like nail guns, hammers, and saws. Basic math skills - nothing too fancy, just the basics. A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude. What You'll Do Repair pallets using power tools (nail guns, saws, hammers) Inspect and restore pallets to top condition. Work fast, hit goals, and keep safety first Stay on the move-lifting, bending, and stacking all shift long Keep your workspace clean and organized Be ready for overtime when needed (extra $$!)
